Handledarutbildning (Private Teacher Course) for car and light truck

If you are going to train privately, you need an approved supervisor

 The private tutor, for catagory B, must have completed an introductory course before he or she can be approved.

As a student, you must also have completed the course for your supervisor to have their application tested by the Swedish Transport Agency must be at least 15 years and 9 months to receive the training (you can train a car from the age of 16).

You must make an application for each student, if you are going to practice driving with several students. You can have a maximum of 15 approvals at a time.

In order for your application to be approved, there are some requirements you need to meet:

  • You are 24 years old.
  • Your student has a driver’s license.
  • You and your student have attended an introductory training during the past five years, whether the practice driving applies to a car or light truck.
  • You have a valid driving license from Sweden or another EEA country. You must have had a license for the vehicle that you are to practice driving with for a total of at least five of the last ten years.

If application is granted, you will receive proof of approval as a supervisor sent to you. You must always have the proof with you when practicing. It is you as a supervisor who counts as a driver.

  • The course takes about three hours.

Introduktionsutbildning för bil och lätt lastbil

  • Om du ska träna privat behöver du en godkänd handledare. Privat handledare, för behörighet B, måste ha genomfört en introduktionskurs innan han eller hon kan godkännas.
  •  Som elev måste du också ha avslutat kursen för din handledare för att få sin ansökan testad av trans portstyrelsen måste vara minst 15 år och 9 månader för att få utbildningen (du kan träna en bil från 16 års ålder). 

  • Du måste göra en ansökan för varje elev, om du ska övningsköra med flera elever. Du kan som mest ha 15 godkännanden samtidigt.

  • För att din ansökan ska bli godkänd finns det några krav du behöver uppfylla:

  • Du har fyllt 24 år.

  • Din elev har ett körkortstillstånd.

  • Du och din elev har gått en introduktionsutbildning under de senaste fem åren, om övningskörningen gäller för personbil eller lätt lastbil.

  • Du har ett giltigt körkort från Sverige eller ett annat EES-land. Du ska ha haft behörighet för det fordon som ni ska övningsköra med under sammanlagt minst fem av de senaste tio åren.

  • Om vi beviljar din ansökan får du ett bevis om godkännande som handledare hemskickat till dig. Beviset ska du alltid ha med dig vid övningskörning. Det är du som handledare som räknas som förare.

  • Kursen tar cirka tre timmar. Information om handledarens ansvar, krav och bedömning under praktiken Kriterier som gäller för förarprov (kunskapstester och körprov). Information om vikten av att köra för att minska bränsleförbrukningen, lägre bränslekostnader och minskade koldioxidutsläpp, och hur viktig körupplevelse är för trafiksäkerheten.
  • Det diskuteras också hur lärare och elever kan tolka samma trafik situation på olika sätt.
